Dr. Tremblay was called to practice naturopathic medicine after experiencing her own health crisis. During her late teens and 20’s, Dr. Tremblay suffered from chronic reactive EBV, Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, and rheumatoid arthritis. During this time she was also in 8 minor motor vehicle accidents (only at fault for 1), and 3 rock climbing accidents. Dr. Tremblay reclaimed her health and well-being with the skilled care of naturopathic and chiropractic physicians, lifestyle changes, and her body’s own healing response. When patient’s struggle with their health concerns and the process of healing, Dr. Tremblay understands because she has been there too.
A life time resident of East King County, Dr. Tremblay spent her childhood summers swimming in the Snoqualmie River. Dr. Tremblay graduated from high school with an associate’s degree in horticulture and worked as a gardener for 10 years before returning to higher education and the healer’s path. Dr. Tremblay studied native plant ecology and ethnomedicine at The Evergreen State College, and earned her doctorate degree in Naturopathic Medicine at Bastyr University. Dr. Tremblay also has advanced training in energetic therapies such as reiki, homeopathy, craniosacral therapy, chakra alignment, and soul retrieval.
In her spare time, Dr. Tremblay enjoys relaxing with her husband, dog, and two cats. She is an avid outdoor enthusiast, gardener, musician, and table top gamer. Dr. Tremblay is a member of the Washington Association of Naturopathic Physicians.
