“The obstacle becomes the path.”
Dr. Tremblay grew up playing in the forests, fields, and water ways of the Snoqualmie Valley. This fostered a deep love and respect for the healing power of nature, and a desire to work towards the well-being of all living things.
Dr. Tremblay's deep love of the earth manifested as an associate’s degree in horticulture and early career as a gardener. She later studied native plant ecology and botanical medicine at The Evergreen State College.
After experiencing her own health crisis, Dr. Trembly reclaimed her health and well-being with nutrition, lifestyle changes, and the healing power of nature. This led her to pursue a doctorate degree in Naturopathic Medicine at Bastyr University. Dr. Tremblay also has additional training in energetic therapies such as reiki, homeopathy, craniosacral therapy, chakra alignment, and the shamanic arts.
In her spare time, Dr. Tremblay enjoys relaxing with her husband, dog, and two cats. She is an avid reader, outdoor recreationist, homesteader, and table top gamer. Dr. Tremblay is a member of the Naturopathic Medicine Institute and the Washington Native Plant Association.
